Shipping Policy

Once an order is placed, it can NOT be canceled or changed. Please allow 1-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. During holidays and sales please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Keep in mind, shipping time is not included in processing time. When your order is shipped, standard shipping is 3-7 business days. We are not responsible for any shipment delays. If by chance you put an incorrect address you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to contact us and lets us know because we ship fast. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

 

IMPORTANT: Please make sure your address is correct at the time of purchase. We are NOT responsible for lost packages sent back to our fulfillment center due to incorrect shipping address. If our system can't verify your address. If our system can't verify your address, we may reach out via email to fix this issue before processing your order. If we do not receive a response in time, your order may be processed as is. Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping costs to have their package reshipped if your package has been sent back to our fulfillment center. 

 

IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOUR BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS DO NOT MATCH, YOU MAY NEED TO SUBMIT A PHOTO ID (LICENSE OR PASSPORT) WITH A BILL THAT MATCHES YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS WITHIN 24 HOURS OR YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED.
